Reminder MCAS and MAC Training

If you are interested in taking MCAS training, please complete the Travel Authorization form found on the intranet (https://hplnet.hpl.lib.tx.us/forms/travel-authorization.doc). After completing the form, please complete the Pre-Registration form on the U of H website. Send both documents to me for signatures and approval. If you have any question please contact me. Thuy can answer questions regarding pre-registration. All request should be submitted to me by Thursday, April 9. Request after Friday, April 10 will NOT be funded.If you need Mac training please follow the same steps. I will handle the registration for MAC training. I need the hard copy with original signature in blue ink.
