Citizenship Courses

To those of you who are going to be teaching or assisting in the upcoming Citizenship Classes there is already a detailed outline on each module and handout on the Southwest Express Website--Thanks to James Chavez.

In this link you will also find information on FAQ or rules that students may inquire about. Take a look at the material and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. If I don’t know the answer I will find someone who does :-)

Remember:

· These classes are in English only
· Students must register the first Monday of every month.
· Classes are twice a week—Monday & Thursday from 6pm-8pm
· It is a 4 week long process
· Students will receive a certificate of completion afterwards--this does not give them any credit for the test or exempts them from anything; it is just our way of acknowledging our students efforts.
· We will try to have an immigration attorney or USCIS officer speak to the class each month or will give information on how they can contact one.
