Study Rooms

As a general rule, I do not want to let people have extra time in the study room if there are other people waiting to use the rooms.

This morning a customer said that a staff member told her she could have an extra 15 minutes in the room because the computer was slow to start up for her. Since there were already people waiting on the room, no staff member should have told her she could have more time because that would throw everybody else's reservations off.
